Review of The Body Shop Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask

We are forever looking for ways to get gorgeous glowing skin... I know I am... So whenever I go through magazines where celebrities and models use the cliched "A good night's sleep and lots of water", I snort... I snort not because its not true but because I for one can never get a good night's sleep... I am either working or partying... My life doesn't have 1 minute to spare...
So does this mean that i cannot ever have good skin?

Well, The Body Shop sent me their Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask claiming that it would help me replenish my skin while I slept for however short the duration... They said it would leave my skin feeling bouncy and supple...

Price of The Body Shop Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask

It costs INR 2295/-

I used it for a month and here are the Top 5 points about The Body Shop Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask that you should know before you splurge!

1. Its a Cream-Gel

So its not a night cream and neither is it in gel form. It is something in between. It takes time to absorb into one's skin and hence you need to keep massaging your face and neck continuously. This I think is a good thing cause it improves blood circulation as well.
It feels a little tacky all throughout the night though.

2.It is not Anti-Aging. It is a Skin Renewing Product

This product isn't for beauties in their early twenties cause it isn't anti-aging, it is skin renewing which essentially means that it helps renew skin cells.

3. It gave me bouncy, firm and supple skin

If you ignore the tacky-ness of the product (it is after all a Cream-Gel), The Body Shop Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask delivers what it promises... I did wake up to refreshed and bouncy skin and I love it!

4. Very Classy Packaging

I am a sucker for classy packaging especially if it involves glass and TBS Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask comes in a heavy green colored glass jar. It is beautiful!

5. Comes with a Spatula and Smells Very Organic

Keeping hygiene issues in mind the people at TBS provide a spatula with the product and I must say that I am really impressed with it.
Fragrance wise it isn't your normal floral scented product. Rather it smells like some oragnic plant. The smell's not too strong but its there.

How To Use The Body Shop Drops Of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask?

I apply it directly after washing my face at night before going to bed. I massage my face and neck for about 5 mins and then leave the rest overnight.

You all know that I love tweaking my blog here and there and making some changes, introducing newer features and well sometimes just hooking the blog onto some social networking site :) Well this time I am introducing a new feature that I promise will be really exciting for all beauty enthusiasts :) To start with this feature is called "Cover The Cover" where I shall be covering the cover pages of our favorite beauty and fashion magazines in terms of make-up. There are times when a certain look on a celeb or a fashion mag just gets to us. Well rather than just mulling over such looks I have decided to give life to such looks (on me) and well do a kind of a faux photo shoot ;) What say? Doesn't it sound like fun? What more? You are all invited to submit your looks with a reference to which magazine and edition you are covering and I'll post it here :)

Today's look is inspired by my latest fav mag Harper's Bazaar. The March edition of Harper's Bazaar is a …

Review of L'Oreal Paris Infallible Blush Paint Longwear High Impact Stick - Fuchsia Fame
Right now am sitting at the dining table trying to figure out a way to start this post in an "interesting" way... I am obviously struggling... There are these times when your mind just goes blank and you can't think of anything, right? Yeah, I am having one of those moments...

So, I guess I'll directly dive into the review and not mull around. I bought the L'Oreal Paris Infallible Blush Paint Stick on a whim... I was out window shopping at Shoppers Stop and I just happened to glance at the L'Oreal counter and this cute little stub caught my fancy... The moment I swatched it I knew I had to buy it...

Price of L'Oreal Paris Infallible Blush Paint Stick It costs a whopping INR 999/-

There is nothing much to talk about the packaging. It is exactly what it looks like, a rotating chubby stick with a cap. The plastic doesn't seem cheap and is pretty sturdy. I have d…

REVIEW: Johnson's Baby Lotion on Adult Skin

I am itching to do some makeup EOTDs and LOTDs since a while now but with guests at home I am not getting any time... So for a while you guys are stuck with me doing reviews. Not that my reviews do not need much efforts but as compared to EOTDs and LOTDs, reviews are a little bit less demanding where time constraints are concerned... Don't you agree? :)

Today I shall be reviewing the Johnson's baby lotion and before you raise your eye brows and say to yourself "WTF" let me make it absolutely clear that I bought it when I was out of a moisturiser and needed one pronto! This was the only one available and so I just bought it. I figured if it was good for babies, how could it be bad for me? The truth? Read on ;)

Johnson's Baby Lotion is Clinically proven to be mild and mild it sure is. It has a soft and soothing fragrance, which I love. Once applied it gets absorbed really fast and does not leave a residual oiliness or greasiness. It would be perfect for normal ski…
