Outfit Of The Day: A Gorgeous Nude and Fuschia Saree

OOTD in A Gorgeous Nude and Fuschia Saree

It has been eons since I did an outfit post on the blog. I really did try my hand at being regular with outfit posts but I seriously don't have the patience to try outfits after outfits, making sure I have some gorgeous locales to click pictures at and then actually pose and get myself clicked... Kudos to fashion bloggers who do this everyday and bring us some gorgeous posts to drool over...

I am well a beauty blogger at heart...

However, when i got sent this super gorgeous saree from jomso.com, I could resist the temptation to share it with you guys...
The downside is, it has been raining like crazy in Pune over the past couple of months and so getting an exotically beautiful location for a shoot was out of the question... And so I got myself clicked in the saree at home itself... I hope you guys don't mind the background and look at how utterly beautiful this saree really is...

The saree is a half and half saree... One end of the saree, which constitutes the body is in fuschia Georgette, while the other end, the pallu end of the saree is in nude net... The border of the saree as you can see is pretty broad with very pretty sequin work all over. The work is neat and looks complete. The saree came with a purple silk blouse piece but I haven't gotten it stitched yet and so you don't see it in the pictures...

So, let me just leave you guys with some pictures and do let me know how you like it :)

REVIEW: Johnson's Baby Lotion on Adult Skin

I am itching to do some makeup EOTDs and LOTDs since a while now but with guests at home I am not getting any time... So for a while you guys are stuck with me doing reviews. Not that my reviews do not need much efforts but as compared to EOTDs and LOTDs, reviews are a little bit less demanding where time constraints are concerned... Don't you agree? :) Today I shall be reviewing the Johnson's baby lotion and before you raise your eye brows and say to yourself "WTF" let me make it absolutely clear that I bought it when I was out of a moisturiser and needed one pronto! This was the only one available and so I just bought it. I figured if it was good for babies, how could it be bad for me? The truth? Read on ;) Johnson's Baby Lotion is Clinically proven to be mild and mild it sure is. It has a soft and soothing fragrance, which I love. Once applied it gets absorbed really fast and does not leave a residual oiliness or greasiness. It would be perfect for normal

Good Health: My Slimming Diet and Exercise Regimen

I was planning on starting this post with a quote on health and all that jazz but then I realized you are here reading this post not cause you want to see my writing style but are here cause you actually want to read the contents :) So I will start without much intro but a little disclaimer before that ;) Disclaimer I am not a doctor or a nutritionist or even a dietitian. I have found out from experience what works for me and I am sharing it with you guys. You are to find out what is right for you and make your own permutations and combination to this regimen of mine depending on your target weight, your lifestyle and all :) Before I start there are a couple of points we need to keep in mind: 1. In order to lose weight one needs to burn more calories than you take in. 2. The human body takes about only 1200 calories to do the routine functions of respiration, digestion etc. 3. Just because you are not taking 3 full meals a day does not mean that you are starving yourself or ar

Makeup Class: Difference Between A Bronzer, A Highlighter, An Illuminator & A Brightener

Bronzer Vs Highlighter Vs Illuminator Vs Brightener  Very often than not being a beauty blogger I come across the terms Bronzer, Highlighter, Brightener and Illuminator at least a dozen times a day. These terms are everywhere and people use them in their daily conversation with so much confidence that you'd be surprised at how wrong many of them are in their usages. Oh! Yes even I have made mistakes in the past about their connotations and today armed with research, experiments and well just plain analysis I have reached a consensus where I can now confidently put forth the results of my hard work... Yes, today ladies and gentlemen, I shall be clearing all the confusion that prevails behind Bronzers, Highlighters, Illuminators and Brighteners!
