Review of TIGI S-Factor Papaya Leave-In Moisture Spray

One day while lunching with my favorite girlfriends, we got talking about how our hair behaves after a wash... A couple of them gushed about how they loved the immediate effect a wash had on their hair but a few days later their hair felt all dry and crazy. And some of us admitted sheepishly that we dreaded washing our hair cause it went all crazy and frizzy immediately after but the hair would calm down in a couple of days...
Admittedly, I belong to the latter group and I am seen dunking chullu after chullu (handful) of serum in my hair on day 1 of a hairwash...

This is the bane of my existence and I had almost conceded to the fact that this is how it will be for the rest of my life when a miracle happened. I tried the TIGI S-Factor Payapa Leave-In Moisture Spray and I never looked back :)

First of all, I love my hair smelling fresh, secondly I love products that I can spray, skincare, haircare anything with a spray is an instant win for me and finally any product that can "tame" my hair even after a wash is a winner hands down... And so ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you all to the star of the post, the TIGI S-Factor Papaya Leave-In Moisturiser Spray...

Price of TIGI S-Factor Papaya Leave-In Moisture Spray

It costs INR 1200/-

For those who are hearing about this wonder product for the first time, this is a leave-in conditioner of sorts. It tames my unruly and frizzy hair to almost 80% (no not 100%) and makes my dry, dull hair look healthy and cared for. I am chemically treated hair (I have been permanently straightening my hair for the last 6 years now) and this spray works wonders for me. It de-tangles my hair and since the time I have been using it, i have experienced reduced hairfall.

Fragrance-wise the TIGI S-Factor Papaya Leave-In Moisture spray has a strong, fruity-candy-ish smell that you may either absolutely love or downright hate... There is no in-between where the fragrance is concerned.
Initially, when you spray the product, it will seem like its weighing down your hair, but in a couple of minutes, it would disappear and make your hair bouncy again... It is priced a little higher that I would personally like but for a product that makes my hair look healthy again, I can think about repurchasing it :)

It can used on wet as well as dry hair and both ways the product gives some fabulous results.
Shampoo and conditioner from the same range is also available and has pretty good reviews too.

Availability
TIGI products are available at all Lakme Beauty Salons and at Beauty Center, Crawford Market

Recommendation
Its a great product for dry, damaged and lifeless hair. If you already have fabulous hair, then you may not need this but then you may not need much products anyway :P

Cover The Cover: Harper's Bazaar (India) March 2012

You all know that I love tweaking my blog here and there and making some changes, introducing newer features and well sometimes just hooking the blog onto some social networking site :) Well this time I am introducing a new feature that I promise will be really exciting for all beauty enthusiasts :) To start with this feature is called "Cover The Cover" where I shall be covering the cover pages of our favorite beauty and fashion magazines in terms of make-up. There are times when a certain look on a celeb or a fashion mag just gets to us. Well rather than just mulling over such looks I have decided to give life to such looks (on me) and well do a kind of a faux photo shoot ;) What say? Doesn't it sound like fun? What more? You are all invited to submit your looks with a reference to which magazine and edition you are covering and I'll post it here :)

Today's look is inspired by my latest fav mag Harper's Bazaar. The March edition of Harper's Bazaar is a …

Review of L'Oreal Paris Infallible Blush Paint Longwear High Impact Stick - Fuchsia Fame
Right now am sitting at the dining table trying to figure out a way to start this post in an "interesting" way... I am obviously struggling... There are these times when your mind just goes blank and you can't think of anything, right? Yeah, I am having one of those moments...

So, I guess I'll directly dive into the review and not mull around. I bought the L'Oreal Paris Infallible Blush Paint Stick on a whim... I was out window shopping at Shoppers Stop and I just happened to glance at the L'Oreal counter and this cute little stub caught my fancy... The moment I swatched it I knew I had to buy it...

Price of L'Oreal Paris Infallible Blush Paint Stick It costs a whopping INR 999/-

There is nothing much to talk about the packaging. It is exactly what it looks like, a rotating chubby stick with a cap. The plastic doesn't seem cheap and is pretty sturdy. I have d…

How I Wear My Denim Jacket To Be In Trend for 2018

How I Wear My Denim Jacket To Be In Trend for 2018 Denim is forever. It's versatility makes it a classic and in the form of a jacket it not just looks dapper and en vogue but is also comfortable and convenient... I love denim jackets because they are perfect for Pune's so called Winters and because they are the best accessories for any kind of outfit...

Going through some of the Fall Winter 2017-18 collections from the likes of Calvin Klein, Christian Dior and Stella McCartney, denim on denim seemed to be the trend in boxy and boyish silhouettes. I am not a very big fan of denim and denim and hence I prefer to pair my boxy denim jacket with a flowy, floral dress that makes the look strike a balance between feminine and androgynous.
