Reviewing Maybelline Baby Lips on Budget Wednesdays
A girl cannot have enough shoes, they say... You need ballet flats and cute wedges and pretty kitten heels and some hot stilettos and hippy flip flops and well some ballet flats and some more of those cute wedges and well the cycle continues... Doesn't it? :) The same goes with lip balms for me... I need some cocoa flavored ones and some vanilla flavored ones, then throw in a couple of fruity flavours, top it off with some minty ones and then again I want some of those cocoa butter ones...
Oh come on! A girl's gotta do what she's gotta do ;)
Everytime I am at the super market getting groceries, I just stare at the tiny kiosk that they have in the middle of it all that houses brands after brands of lip balms. You name it and the variant is there... You can imagine my glee and the way I get hypnotized by the whole setup :)
Maybelline Baby Lips come in two types of variants - tinted and transparent. Both are beautifully hydrating and keep your lips moisturised for pretty long. When used in Summers, they generally melt on your lips after application and hence give a gorgeous gloss like sheen... Many a times for running errands, I just slap on some blush, apply a little kajal and wear this as a gloss and I am good to go...
Price of Maybelline Baby Lips

These lovelies come in a twist up packaging and have a faint, understated berry-ish fragrance that I find very soothing and honestly pretty yummy. I love these balms and I prefer them over The Body Shop Lip Balms as well...
Pros of Maybelline Baby Lips

- Twist up packaging makes it travel friendly
- Yummy flavour
- Easy on the pocket
- Very easily available at all super markets and drugstores
I really cannot think of any :/
You may want to check them out the next time you are out grocery shopping or are at a drugstore :)
