LOTD: Coastal Scents & MAC Come Together In This Look...

LOTD: Coastal Scents Eyeshadows and MAC Ruby Woo

Every now and then rather once in a while when I clean up my dresser, I come across lost and forgotten makeup that still have some life in them before they reach their expiry and the product that I invariably always forget only to be reminded of, during such tasks is the Coastal Scents 88 Original Palette... It was my first "proper" eye shadow palette that almost all beauty bloggers at that time talked about and so I must say the day it arrived was quite a Red Letter day in my life...

So last night while tidying up my dresser I as usual was "reminded" of this palette and I immediately got down to working with it... Now let me at the outset tell you all (if you already didn't know) that the matte eye shadows in this palette do not blend as well as the shimmer ones and hence perfection achieved in the look is limited... However, I still it is a sort of a must-have palette if you are just starting out with experimenting with makeup. I mean come one! 88 eye shadows shades in 1 palette and at a ridiculously low price is just something you cannot really ignore now can you :)

So anyways, getting to the point, here is the look that I did.. I used a very many colors over some more colors and hence if you ask me what all I used, I really wouldn't be able to oblige you guys there...

But still do let me know if you guys liked the look and if you want a tute for it, I'll try and re-create it for you guys :)

REVIEW: Johnson's Baby Lotion on Adult Skin

I am itching to do some makeup EOTDs and LOTDs since a while now but with guests at home I am not getting any time... So for a while you guys are stuck with me doing reviews. Not that my reviews do not need much efforts but as compared to EOTDs and LOTDs, reviews are a little bit less demanding where time constraints are concerned... Don't you agree? :)

Today I shall be reviewing the Johnson's baby lotion and before you raise your eye brows and say to yourself "WTF" let me make it absolutely clear that I bought it when I was out of a moisturiser and needed one pronto! This was the only one available and so I just bought it. I figured if it was good for babies, how could it be bad for me? The truth? Read on ;)

Johnson's Baby Lotion is Clinically proven to be mild and mild it sure is. It has a soft and soothing fragrance, which I love. Once applied it gets absorbed really fast and does not leave a residual oiliness or greasiness. It would be perfect for normal ski…

Makeup Class: Difference Between A Bronzer, A Highlighter, An Illuminator & A Brightener

Bronzer Vs Highlighter Vs Illuminator Vs Brightener

Very often than not being a beauty blogger I come across the terms Bronzer, Highlighter, Brightener and Illuminator at least a dozen times a day. These terms are everywhere and people use them in their daily conversation with so much confidence that you'd be surprised at how wrong many of them are in their usages. Oh! Yes even I have made mistakes in the past about their connotations and today armed with research, experiments and well just plain analysis I have reached a consensus where I can now confidently put forth the results of my hard work...

Yes, today ladies and gentlemen, I shall be clearing all the confusion that prevails behind Bronzers, Highlighters, Illuminators and Brighteners!

REVIEW: MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation In NC42

Review of MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation In Shade NC42

Guest Post By: Rmyah

There are days when I just cannot help look at myself through any reflective surface that I can. Be it mirrors, glass doors, rear view mirrors, the back of a spoon and even a pond. And then there are days when I wished everyone was blind, every mirror shattered, the serene water turbulent, anything to avoid me seeing my face. One such day when my skin was going through a blearrrgh phase I decided to put my face on the web and show you how I deal with it. My savior is the MAC studio fix fluid foundation which has been my HG foundation for about three months now.
