BUDGET WEDNESDAYS: Johnsons Baby Skincare Wipes

Review of Johnsons Baby Skincare Wipes as a Makeup Remover

I love blogger events where I get to meet with and learn from other beauty bloggers. There's always something to learn, some tricks, some tips and sometimes about unique products. One such learning was from Jyoti of Everything That Matters, with whom I traveled and shared a room in Mumbai during the Indiblogger #DovePlay meet...

I have for years to come been using Kara wet wipes to remove my makeup at the end of the day. They worked decently enough but wouldn't remove makeup all that effortlessly, so I would always need to pull and tug at my skin. And then Jyoti introduced me to the concept of using Johnson's Baby Wipes as a Makeup Remover!

And wow! Am I glad!

Johnson's Baby Wipes are mild, alcohol free, moisturising and so easily available that taking off makeup at the end of the day seems like a breeze :)

Price of Johnson's Baby Skincare Wipes

Its costs INR 65/- for a pack of 20

Of course, initially I was skeptical. I wondered if the the product was so mild, then how would it help me remove my stubborn waterproof makeup. Boy! Was I surprised? It removes makeup so easily till the last trace of my Ruby Woo and Gelmatic Liners and Colossal Mascara vanishes! Its effortless, leaves my skin feeling soft and fragrant and all it takes is just one wipe!

One wipe is enough to remove your base makeup, face makeup, eye makeup and lipstick! I mean its just unbelievable!

Recommendation:
It removes makeup like a dream and is mild enough to be used on a baby. Of course I recommend it :)

  4. Aren't these great? I use them when I go on trips, where finding a decent bathroom is a joke...I use these to freshen up especially in summers.Rub on hands, face neck and a splash of water makes you tidier.Train travel, they are a must.
You can wipe wounds and clean scrapes, cuts with these too.

Makeup Class: Difference Between A Bronzer, A Highlighter, An Illuminator & A Brightener

Bronzer Vs Highlighter Vs Illuminator Vs Brightener

Very often than not being a beauty blogger I come across the terms Bronzer, Highlighter, Brightener and Illuminator at least a dozen times a day. These terms are everywhere and people use them in their daily conversation with so much confidence that you'd be surprised at how wrong many of them are in their usages. Oh! Yes even I have made mistakes in the past about their connotations and today armed with research, experiments and well just plain analysis I have reached a consensus where I can now confidently put forth the results of my hard work...

Yes, today ladies and gentlemen, I shall be clearing all the confusion that prevails behind Bronzers, Highlighters, Illuminators and Brighteners!

REVIEW: Johnson's Baby Lotion on Adult Skin

I am itching to do some makeup EOTDs and LOTDs since a while now but with guests at home I am not getting any time... So for a while you guys are stuck with me doing reviews. Not that my reviews do not need much efforts but as compared to EOTDs and LOTDs, reviews are a little bit less demanding where time constraints are concerned... Don't you agree? :)

Today I shall be reviewing the Johnson's baby lotion and before you raise your eye brows and say to yourself "WTF" let me make it absolutely clear that I bought it when I was out of a moisturiser and needed one pronto! This was the only one available and so I just bought it. I figured if it was good for babies, how could it be bad for me? The truth? Read on ;)

Johnson's Baby Lotion is Clinically proven to be mild and mild it sure is. It has a soft and soothing fragrance, which I love. Once applied it gets absorbed really fast and does not leave a residual oiliness or greasiness. It would be perfect for normal ski…

10 Best Loose Powders Available in India

10 Best Loose Powders Available in IndiaISLM Writer: Sanchita

Summer is going to knock on the door soon and we, who are blessed (or cursed) with oily skin, will crawl back to our powders and/or matte foundations to keep the skin oil-free as far as possible. Being oily skinned, I have always found my way back to loose powders even though their packaging is slightly messy. This is because loose or translucent powders are more finely milled than the compact versions and hence gives you an even look rather than a made-up cakey one. Compact has the tendency to look rough under eyes or around the mouth whereas loose powders work excellently. No wonder, oily skin stays matte for longer duration than it does with the compact ones. Mostly, it gives sheer to buildable coverage and sits on the skin like a natural finish look.
