Faces Haul and my new purchase from Rocky S!

Hello ladies :)
As mentioned in my previous post, I went shopping yesterday :) Inorbit Mall has opened up Pune and is it awesome or what? I ve always wanted to visit the Inorbits in Mumbai and I could visit neither :( But now with one opened up in Pune, I just couldn't resist visiting it! :D
Well, honestly? It's so huge that I actually could only visit its ground floor. I need two more days for checking out the rest of the two floors :P

The first store that I visited in the mall was FACES! And my today's post is to flaunt the stuff that I got from Faces :) Ha ha.. Oh and well I did impulsively pick up this beauty from Rocky S! Isn't it simply gorg?

My PINK clutch from Rocky S :)

Now for the rest of the haul :) Here is an image of the entire loot...

The haul!

The loose pigment that I got myself is called GOLD (review here). It's a very beautiful orange-ish gold shade and when blended on the eye lids, it looks really beautiful! An EOTD will follow soon :) It costed me a mere Rs.299/-
The nail paints are Pink Flamenco and Silver Delight. Pink Flamenco is for Rs.99/- and Silver Delight costs Rs.190/-. My digits look really pretty with the two shades :) Here they are:

Pink Flamenco on the finger nails and Silver Delight on my toes :)

The eye shadow blending brush is a dream and I have new found respect for FACES brushes. The brush costed me Rs.249/-

The nail polish remover was a free gift. You get one with every purchase of any FACES product. The Silver Delight was also a free gift on spending Rs.750/- in the store :) Yay Yay Yay :)

Do share about your hauls and loots too :) And did you like the shades of the nail polishes? What are your favorite products from FACES?

Cover The Cover: Harper's Bazaar (India) March 2012

You all know that I love tweaking my blog here and there and making some changes, introducing newer features and well sometimes just hooking the blog onto some social networking site :) Well this time I am introducing a new feature that I promise will be really exciting for all beauty enthusiasts :) To start with this feature is called "Cover The Cover" where I shall be covering the cover pages of our favorite beauty and fashion magazines in terms of make-up. There are times when a certain look on a celeb or a fashion mag just gets to us. Well rather than just mulling over such looks I have decided to give life to such looks (on me) and well do a kind of a faux photo shoot ;) What say? Doesn't it sound like fun? What more? You are all invited to submit your looks with a reference to which magazine and edition you are covering and I'll post it here :)

Today's look is inspired by my latest fav mag Harper's Bazaar. The March edition of Harper's Bazaar is a …

REVIEW & LOTD: Faces Long Wear Pencil in Navy Blue

While doing the "Meet The Bloggers" feature every Saturday, I have realised (and I am sure that you all have too) that Faces is fast becoming a very popular brand amongst us especially the Faces Long Wear pencils. So much so that a lot of people prefer Faces Long Wear pencils to even Colorbar I-Glides and that ladies and gentlemen is quite a feat for a newly launched brand. So anyways, I got myself a "Navy Blue" from this range and I must say that I am very happy with it. This is my second pencil from Faces after "Turquoise Blue" and well it hasn't failed me either.
This particular shade is a beautiful deep blue that looks stunning on the eye lids.

Ooooohss And Aaahhss!! 1. Really really stays on forever. 2. Doesn't smudge on my oily lids even after 8 hours of wear. 3. Friendly to the pocket 4. Faces have become quite easily available now. 5. They do not cause any allergies or reactions. 6. They are waterline safe a…

REVIEW: Johnson's Baby Lotion on Adult Skin

I am itching to do some makeup EOTDs and LOTDs since a while now but with guests at home I am not getting any time... So for a while you guys are stuck with me doing reviews. Not that my reviews do not need much efforts but as compared to EOTDs and LOTDs, reviews are a little bit less demanding where time constraints are concerned... Don't you agree? :)

Today I shall be reviewing the Johnson's baby lotion and before you raise your eye brows and say to yourself "WTF" let me make it absolutely clear that I bought it when I was out of a moisturiser and needed one pronto! This was the only one available and so I just bought it. I figured if it was good for babies, how could it be bad for me? The truth? Read on ;)

Johnson's Baby Lotion is Clinically proven to be mild and mild it sure is. It has a soft and soothing fragrance, which I love. Once applied it gets absorbed really fast and does not leave a residual oiliness or greasiness. It would be perfect for normal ski…
